How does the 14-day free trial work?
Sign up for the Growth plan with no credit card. You get full access to all Growth features for 14 days. At the end of the trial, choose a plan or your account pauses — no surprise charges.
What counts as a "customer"?
A customer is any unique profile in your SalePerforms account — anyone who has made a purchase, created an account, or been imported from your store. Anonymous visitors don't count toward your limit.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. When you upgrade, you're billed the prorated difference. When you downgrade, credit is applied to your next billing cycle.
Which e-commerce platforms do you support?
We have native integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Our REST API lets you connect any other platform.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and are SOC 2 Type II certified. We are GDPR and CCPA compliant by design. Your data is never shared with third parties.
